As far as the MS mani's go I don't see there being enough room to weld on any type of flange unless it's coming off the end opposite the turbo, there just isn't enough room even without worrying about leaving clearance for the bolts. I guess I just dont understand what you find lacking about our internally wastegated turbos that is so bad you would be willing to go through all this. The added expense of custom mani's custom downpipes, external wastegates and new turbos for what? to make the same power 200 rpm earlier? seems to me unless somone already had a 99%'er and just couldn't live without that last 1% this would be a huge waste of time and cash.
